Cameroon - Nigeria: A cultural festival to seal reconciliation

Head Higher (Obong) from Calabar, Bassey Ekpo Bassey II is also coordinator of the Assembly of Heads Ekpe, an organization of very influential traditional power of the Cross River State, south-east Nigeria.
